We accommodate return requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchased items.
To be eligible for a return, items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with no damage—ensuring they do not affect future resale.
Please note that personalized products, clearance items, and hygiene-related goods are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer shall bear all return shipping costs. In cases where items are defective, damaged, or incorrect (caused by our error), we will cover all associated return shipping expenses.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service, together with any other separate agreements through which we provide services to you, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. This application excludes the conflict of law principles of the State of New Jersey that would otherwise require the application of laws from another jurisdiction.
